Programs and Services
We offer;
- Financial assistance with transportation cost to and from the hospital emergency unit to deserving and needy families with children 0-17 years or the elderly 55 years and older in our community
- One-time assistance with the purchase of prescription drugs following an emergency visit
- On the spot convenience and comfort services through our volunteer group called the Chief Emergency Response Team (CERT) such as;
- One time parking assistance to families visiting the emergency unit of the hospital for acute care,
- Assisting visitors with any extra luggage from the parking lot to the emergency room,
- Directing visitors to empty parking stalls upon arrival at the emergency parking lot so visitors don’t have to worry about driving around to look for parking spots to park,
- Paying for parking ticket/fines for patients should the need arise while at the emergency.
