- Contact any of our volunteers stationed outside of the emergency unit of both Victoria General Hospital and they’d be glad to assist you. They will offer assistance to make an immediate impact to suit your needs at this stressful time.Our volunteers wear T-shirts with the inscription ‘Chief Emergency Response Team (CERT)’ and friends helping friends.
